
Back in the golden years, I first learned about the internet and websites.
The image is a 1857 print depicting one of 100 famous views of Edo (present-day Tokyo), titled “The Bridge Ohashi and Atake in Sudden Shower.”
My name, Ohashi, means “Big Bridge” and is often mistaken for “honorable chopsticks.” Both kanji consist of similar characters.

I joined Angelfire, learned some basic Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), and built ShallWeDance. Angelfire went out of business in 2026, but I managed to rescue the domain from the Internet Archive’s Wayback Machine.
